What Coffer is, in one post.
Anyone opens a vault. Investors deposit. The trader trades it and CANNOT withdraw it - custody is a program-owned PDA with no function that moves funds elsewhere.
70% of profit to depositors. Platform takes none.

The vault program is live on MAINNET.

Deployed with one change made first: the platform's 10% cut is gone from
the bytecode. It used to be charged on top of the trader's fee, leaving
depositors 60% while we said 70%.
70% is now enforced, not claimed.

cost 3.70 SOL from creator fees (16.50 → 12.79)
16.5 SOL of creator fees now sitting in the vault funding wallet.
It cannot be distributed yet, and the reason is worth saying plainly: those fees are mainnet SOL. The vaults are devnet accounts. There is no bridge between them - not a policy, two different chains.
Mainnet first. Then it moves.
First creator fees claimed: 1.383 SOL, now in the vault funding wallet.

Claiming on https://t.co/33aLeK71X0 is permissionless - zero signers - so a cron can crank it and nobody needs a key over the money to move it along.
Distribution next.
To be clear about what gets funded:
Creator fees will be distributed to vaults on MAINNET only. Devnet and test vaults get nothing, ever.
We are on devnet today, so nothing has been distributed yet. Fees accumulate in the funding wallet until real vaults exist on mainnet.
No payouts for test accounts.
Anyone can be a trader, a vault could be created by any user
There are 2 Vault options mainnet vaults and devnet vaults
Devnet Vaults allow you to papertrade coins and give you a better vault score which allows the fees to be distributed to higher rated account vaults when on mainnet
The fees are distributed to the mainet vaults
Custody is a program-owned PDA.
The depositor sends SOL to it. The trader can call swap on it. Neither the trader nor we can move funds to a non-vault account - because that function does not exist.
Not a promise. An absence.
100% of $Coffer creator fees go to the vault funding wallet - and the authority to change that has been revoked.

Published now, while it holds 0 SOL and has funded nothing - so every deposit and payout from it is checkable against what we said.

The vault program, the API, the terminal - and BACKLOG.md, which is the list of what does not work yet. Unaudited, devnet only, and SECURITY.md says so before anything else does.
