$COIN.AQ $CINGF announced an increase in authorized shares of 600M each for both cash and non-cash consideration at its General Meeting.
Keep eyes peeled for some moves from Coinsilium soon.
It might seem like tortoise & the hare with some of these UK $BTC plays but @CoinsiliumGroup stands out for me with their wholly owned Gibraltar subsidiary @ForzaBitcoin (regulated & insured custodian) & @malcolmpalle's meticulous approach to regulatory compliance! #coin $cingf
🚨JUST IN: 🇬🇧 Coinsilium received shareholder approval to issue up to 600M new shares, enhancing its ability to scale its Bitcoin treasury strategy via its Forza! subsidiary.
Since May, it raised £11.62M and grew its BTC holdings from 5 to 88.67 BTC.
With this new flexibility, Coinsilium aims to accelerate acquisitions, partnerships, and treasury growth aligned with institutional interest.
I might be jumping the gun here, but does this open up Coinsilium for BTC convertible bonds like H100 and ALTBG?

Hey @adam3us we've noticed your absence from being involved with a UK-listed company. Wanna run the same playbook here? You've met @btcjvs, solid lad right?
😂👀
Things are escalating for $CINGF 🇺🇸 $COIN.AQ 🇬🇧🇬🇮
