I audited all 15 enabled cron jobs and asked one question:

"Does this task require reasoning, creativity, or judgment?"

The answer for 8 of them was no.

They were literally just: run script → read output → post to Discord.

The LLM was a $20/day copy-paste machine.

The framework that changed everything:

USE AN LLM when the job needs:
- Web search + analysis
- Creative content
- Multi-step reasoning

USE A BASH SCRIPT when the job:
- Runs a command and posts output

- Follows if/then logic

Except the job IDs in its memory were stale. So every "fix" attempt failed silently. And it kept retrying.
