@NickJFreitas@KatieSaysWhat@Timcast You do know men BEG for women to get abortions out here in the real world. Idk what world you’re living in but these men don’t want kids. They can’t even handle a baby/toddler/kid/teen for more than a week without BEGGING for the mother to take them back.
Honestly, you don’t care about the men who murder men, women, and children. And the ones that rape men, women, and children. Where are all your podcasts about that? Where are the men organizing to prevent male violence (of which men are the biggest victims)? Why is it always getting your manties in a bunch screeching about women?
btw have u ever noticed that no one called it a "gender war" during the centuries that women were forced to marry, give birth, and be men's unpaid labourers it only became a war when women began demanding equality
I’m going to continue raising questions in relation to the Lindsay Clancy murder trial. I know my position is unpopular with a lot of my friends.
The question is not whether something terrible happened. It is whether the Commonwealth proved Lindsay Clancy was criminally responsible beyond a reasonable doubt. It did not.
In Massachusetts, once lack of criminal responsibility is raised, the burden stays on the state. They have to prove she either had no mental disease or defect, or that she still had the substantial capacity to know the act was wrong and to control herself. That is a high bar. This record does not clear it.
She spent months begging for help. Thirteen-plus psychiatric medications. Suicide hotlines that turned her away. A former mother-in-law, a labor and delivery nurse, who called her a wonderful mother who was struggling. Treating doctors who never diagnosed postpartum psychosis, including a McLean psychiatrist who admitted she had never treated it. Then a defense forensic psychologist and Dr. Phillip Resnick telling the jury she was in psychosis, heard a command voice, and lost substantial capacity.
The state’s “she planned it” theory is sending her husband for takeout and checking drive times. That is not proof she understood the wrongfulness of killing her children or could stop herself.
She cut herself and went out a second-story window immediately after.
First-degree murder requires more than a tragic result. It requires proof beyond a reasonable doubt of responsibility and premeditation. The experts are split. The treatment history is a mess.
The jury has already said twice it cannot agree.
IMHO That is what reasonable doubt looks like.
The detectives screwed up. They should have also considered the husband as a potential culprit. They did not. I guarantee you this is what the jury is hung up on… At least those who don’t think the evidence supports a verdict that is beyond a reasonable doubt.
HUNG JURY OR NOT GUILTY.
"While child rape had probably always existed, it exploded into an industry selling a cruelty addiction to the entire globe. This industry did not arise from a natural impulse, and it did not manifest organically with online communities. It was seeded and nurtured by the people trusted to protect."
If the Lindsay Clancy jury ends in a mistrial, the defence can renew a Rule 25 motion arguing the prosecution’s evidence wasn’t legally sufficient to convict.
A Rule 25 acquittal would mean no retrial.
So… is Big Red already a step ahead here? 👀
Do you think Rule 25 is on his agenda if this jury hangs?

44k likes for fanfiction, the men have completely lost their minds on this. Every accusation is a confession, they are so consumed by their emotions then can't even differentiate between them and reality, if you say anything to them they respond with a pre programmed response.
The most common cause of death for pregnant women is DV. In common law assault on a pregnant woman causing the death of a fetus was a separate cause of action because men did it so much. We know men force women to get abortions or slip abortifacients into their food
A woman murdered her kids, therefore repeal the 19th amendment? But kids are more often murdered by the father. And men in general are 9 times more likely to commit murder than women are.
she genuinely looks terrible :(( yall gon be mad at me again but she literally looks so bad. she’s burnt tf out and tired. mama please go rest and relax on this hiatus
Seeing all of these dumbass men frothing at the mouth over a point that I made that men killing their families weekly isn’t talked about nearly as much as one woman doing it while suffering with PPP makes me honestly feel like men don’t deserve rights
Y’all are less than dirt.
Just a quick one on the Clancy trial.
I think it’s another energy harvesting psyop and it’s working because it’s keeping the normies entertained and arguing.
It’s almost identical to a case in Ireland from 2020. A mother of 3, also a paediatric nurse strangled her 3 kids while her husband was at work. He showed up just as it was all over and acted very strangely ever since - courting the media and organising fund raisers within days 💰
She was found not guilty by reason of insanity as she had postpartum, was on a cocktail of SSRI’s and had visited a hospital a week earlier and wasn’t admitted. Exact same story.
Both incidents happened on the same date:
Morley: 24th Jan 2020
Clancy: 24th Jan 2023
Both women were nurses.
Both husbands seem suspicious.
Both countries divided on who’s to blame.
Both sets of kids were 2 boys and 1 girl and had the same initials:
Morley: Conor, Darragh and Carla
(CDC)
Clancy: Cora, Dawson and Callan
(CDC)
