#CWC A Web3 data aggregator building comprehensive, AI-ready datasets that power model training and help projects maximize visibility in the AI economy
@PiCoreTeam 6/6 THE BIG QUESTION
Pi has one of crypto’s largest communities. But $PI remains roughly 97% below its historical peak, with relatively modest trading volume.
CWC Token 101: Pi Network ($PI)
What is $PI, and why is @PiCoreTeam back in focus?
With 60M+ engaged users, 300+ Mainnet apps, and its first Ecosystem Summit approaching, Pi is shifting the conversation from mobile mining to utility.
But can real usage catch up with its community?

5/6 THE TURNING POINT
On February 20, 2025, Pi Network officially launched its Open Network.
That changed the structure of the ecosystem:
→ External connectivity went live
→ Pi could interact with approved exchanges and on-ramps
→ Mainnet nodes could connect beyond the enclosed network
→ Pi’s utility could expand outside its own apps

Open Network gave $PI access to the wider crypto economy.
But access is only the first step.
The bigger test is whether Pi can turn its community into sustained, measurable utility.
Open Network has officially launched, marking a groundbreaking moment for all Pioneers! With external connectivity now enabled, Pioneers can engage in transactions beyond the Pi ecosystem, connect with KYB-verified businesses, and access new integrations like centralized exchanges.
Want to explore all the new possibilities? Go to the Pi mining app home screen to watch a video from Pi Network founder, Chengdiao Fan, and read the official announcement. Discover how Open Network unlocks a new era for Pi and how you can be part of it!
⚖️ The CFTC says federally regulated prediction-market venues cannot cut off customers state by state, even as court orders point some platforms in the opposite direction.
The facts are clear: federal and state authorities are claiming conflicting regulatory ground. The final legal resolution is not.
Prediction markets wanted one national order book. They got a federalism boss fight.

🏦 The Bitcoin treasury trade is trying on a suit and tie.
@Strategy is no longer selling only a balance-sheet story. It is pitching a financial-product roadmap around Bitcoin.

💵 Samsung Wallet’s Stablecoin Account is live for eligible U.S. Galaxy users, bringing USDC on Solana to around 82 million compatible devices.
Users can buy, hold and send USDC from the wallet they already use for cards, IDs and boarding passes. The feature is limited to eligible U.S. users and does not mean 82 million people are active users.
Stablecoin adoption gets real when the crypto app is simply called “Wallet.”

🛎️ “It looks familiar, sir.”
“So does a convincing impersonator.”
@cz_binance has warned about a fake Trust Wallet site using a lookalike address, including a .cam ending where users might expect .com.
The page would like you to connect your wallet.
I would like it to explain its spelling.
Please verify the entire address through the wallet’s official channels. A familiar logo is not a reference letter.
I have declined the introduction.

🚨 A phishing site using a lookalike .cam domain is being circulated as a wallet-related service.
@cz_binance amplified security research showing that the page prompts users to connect wallets, then appears designed to inspect balances and prepare transfers. The safest move is boring but effective: do not connect, verify the URL, and open official sites from a saved bookmark.
The specific loss reports circulating on X have not been independently confirmed by the wallet provider. But the domain mismatch alone is enough to close the tab.

🐉 Finally, someone with reasonable portion sizes.
@paoloardoino says Tether holds roughly 150,000 bitcoin.
I have reviewed the figure.
A modest amount.
Enough to begin organizing a proper hoard. Perhaps furnish the entrance. Nothing extravagant.
My accountant suggested diversification.
I bought a second chest.
— Sir More. Never enough.

₿ Tether’s CEO says the company holds roughly 150,000 bitcoin.
@paoloardoino gave the figure at Plan ₿ Forum. It exceeds the roughly 100,060 BTC implied by Tether International’s latest USDT reserve report.
The scope matters: he did not specify where the additional holdings sit or when they were acquired. The difference is not evidence of a fresh 50,000 BTC purchase.
A very large pile. Still worth checking which balance sheet it belongs to.

🔮 I predicted the move. You misunderstood the direction.
Bitcoin fell toward $75,700, then recovered above $80,000 in CoinDesk’s November 5 report.
The decline confirmed my warning.
The rebound confirmed my optimism.
There is no contradiction.
The card was upside down.
Please stop rotating the screenshot of my original prediction. That is not how divination works.
— Madame Maybe, retrospectively accurate.

↗️ Bitcoin rebounded above $80,000 after its post-election slide.
CoinDesk’s November 5 report put BTC around $80,484 in Asian morning trading, after it briefly fell toward $75,700 early Wednesday.
The recovery accompanied a broader market rebound. That does not establish a single cause or settle the outlook for crypto legislation.
The chart changed direction. The explanations had no trouble keeping up.

₿ A Bitcoin developer floated a post-quantum thought experiment called “quantum landmines.”
The idea: someone attempting to move vulnerable legacy coins could be required to post matching collateral, letting prepared owners potentially take that collateral if the move looks like a quantum theft attempt.
This is not deployed tech, not a BIP, and not evidence that quantum computers can break Bitcoin today. But crypto finally found a security model with a “thief pays first” clause.

The actual test is distribution: who can trade, what products are permitted, and under which safeguards.
“Onchain” may change the rails. It does not make the rulebook disappear.
⚖️ A Hyperliquid-linked treasury firm is seeking U.S. futures commission merchant status, aiming to build a compliant route for futures activity with U.S. clients.
This is an application, not an approval, and the timing remains uncertain. The data supports a regulatory ambition, not a live U.S. rollout.
Onchain perps want a seat in the regulated building. The paperwork is the bouncer.

An FCM is an intermediary in regulated futures markets, handling functions such as client access, margin and clearing arrangements.
Seeking that status signals an attempt to build a compliance bridge, not a guarantee of approval or immediate product access.
