🚨On this day in 1943, NAZIS SURRENDER AT STALINGRAD:
After Nazi Germany’s leader Adolf Hitler obsessed over seizing the city to deal a humiliating blow to Premier of the Soviet Union ☭ Joseph Stalin, by taking the city named after him, Hitler had promoted Field Marshal Friedrich Paulus thinking that he would not surrender to the Red Army.
After the legendary fightback by Red Army soldiers in one of the most brutal theatres of urban combat in human history, German 6th Army troops had finally been encircled after the success of Operation Uranus.
1.1 million Soviet soldiers either died, were wounded or went missing defending the city from the Nazi hordes and totally wiped out the German 6th Army.
This would mark the first major battlefield defeat of the previously unbeatable Waffen SS and Wehrmacht, and would turn the tide of the war in the Soviet Union’s favour.
11 million Soviet soldiers died in WW2 and three-quarters of German losses were suffered at the hands of the Red Army. 27 million Soviet citizens died in the fight to destroy Nazism.
During the height of the corona pandemic Cuba sent its doctors to help hospitals in Europe deal with the crisis.
Here they are being applauded as they arrive in Italy.
Where are Italy and the EU now? They are busy helping the US to starve Cuba.
⚠️ Reuters has now confirmed what many suspected.
In early 2024, U.S. diplomats blocked internal cables describing northern Gaza as an “Apocalyptic Wasteland.” The reports included harrowing details: human bones scattered in the streets, bodies left abandoned in cars, & a total collapse of access to food, clean water, and medical aid.
These cables were not speculation. They were based on first-hand field observations from U.N. agencies & humanitarian workers on the ground.
So why were they blocked?
Because they were considered “too graphic.”
Because they “lacked balance.”
Because they might make Israel look bad.
Senior officials at the U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem, including Ambassador Jack Lew & Deputy Chief Stephanie Hallett, stopped the reports from reaching higher levels of the U.S. government. They feared the cables would contradict the administration’s public narrative & disrupt ongoing political cover for Israel’s actions in Gaza.
According to former officials, humanitarian experts were sidelined, ignored, & outright dismissed. Inside meetings, the question from officials was not how to respond to starvation, but reportedly, “Where are all the skinny kids?”
This was not merely policy misjudgment, but complicity on a grand scale.
The Biden administration had access to concrete evidence of mass death, starvation, & social collapse. Instead of sounding the alarm, it chose to suppress the truth to preserve its political position.
They did not just ignore the warnings. They buried them.
Let that sink in.

A large mural was unveiled in New York City commemorating the names of more than 18,000 Palestinian children killed in the Gaza Strip since the start of the Israeli genocide in October 2023.
The mural, installed in the Brooklyn borough, displays the children’s names in chronological order according to the dates of their deaths.
The artwork was created by American artist Phil Buehler with the aim of turning numbers into tangible human stories and drawing attention to the scale of child casualties, as part of growing cultural efforts in the United States to highlight the humanitarian impact of the war on Gaza.
Pep Guardiola:
“We stand with the oppressed. Today we stand with Palestine, but not only with Palestine we stand with all just causes. This is a stance for Palestine and for humanity. Just as when Barcelona was bombed in 1938, just as today in London and Paris, we stand before the world and clearly show that we are on the side of the weakest. I saw a child filming himself among the rubble, begging ‘Where is my mother?’ and he still doesn’t know what has happened. And I think, what must children be thinking? I believe we have left them alone, abandoned them. I keep imagining them saying, ‘Where are you? Come and help us.’ And up to now, even now, we have not done that we have left them alone.”
“Our country and all the other socialist countries want peace; so do the peoples of all the countries of the world. The only ones who crave war and do not want peace are certain monopoly capitalist groups in a handful of imperialist countries that depend on aggression for their profits.”
- Mao Zedong (1956)

Professional street cleaning in one go; cars follow immediately.
Fuck the yanks and their war criminal allies that castigate the North Koreans, Cubans, Venezuelans and others that don't kill millions in many countries and untold numbers in their own countries.

⚡️Hamas Condemns US actions in Venezuela in a statement
HAMAS: We strongly condemn the American aggression against the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the kidnapping of President Maduro and his wife, and affirm that it constitutes a grave violation of international law through the assault on the sovereignty of an independent state.
This aggression is an extension of unjust American policies and interventions that conceal imperial ambitions, which have caused several countries to be plunged into conflicts posing a direct threat to international peace and security.
We call on the international community, the United Nations and its institutions, foremost among them the UN Security Council, to take decisions that confront Washington’s aggressive policies and to immediately halt the military attack on Venezuelan territory.
FIFA, under Gianni Infantino, gave Trump its first-ever “Peace Award.”
Since then, Trump has bombed Nigeria, Somalia and Venezuela, and rolled out the red carpet for Netanyahu, the man responsible for the genocide in Palestine.
The National Liberation Army (ELN) has stated that it would fight alongside the Venezuelan armed forces in the event of a US ground intervention.
Recently, the ELN issued statements condemning the US military presence in the region as a “naval blockade” and a “violation of territorial waters,” calling upon the peoples of Latin America to resist this “imperialist siege.”
