Diving into some meal prepping for lunch this week. Boneless/skinless Chicken Breasts. Seasoning is @DadsSeasonings Chili Dulce. Bout an hour on the smoke pulled a little above 160 to rest. I think Lunch will be good this week...

Got the chance to smoke three tri-tips on my Dad's big boy smoker (in comments) for his 65th birthday this evening. Did an overnight dry brine, some soy sauce, Lime juice, and Sriracha for a marinade, and @DadsSeasonings Ultimate Steak... most rewarding cook of my life!
