Found an old and Extremely Rare documentary video of Wing Commander AK Bharti (then CO) from No. 30th Sqn (Rhinos) from Lohegaon AFS, Pune based on Su-30MKIs 🤯 He explains about Thrust Vector control of Su-30MKI in combat, its importance in Modern air warfare, and what makes Su-30MKI a great platform for IAF needs (Must-watch). His operational insight from that period is valuable.
Today He is Air Marshal A. K. Bharti, serving as Director General of Air Operations in the IAF (DGAO-IAF), and recently associated with successful Operation Sindoor. His experience and Courage in planning and tactics helped IAF to win decisively in May-2025 Conflict.

🇮🇳🚀 INDIA JUST BROKE THE GLOBAL SPACE BARRIER🔥
Mission Drishti - the WORLD’S FIRST OptoSAR satellite has been successfully launched by Bengaluru startup GalaxEye.
📡This 190kg beast (India’s largest privately built satellite) fuses optical + radar vision in ONE platform. Crystal-clear images of Earth ANYTIME - day or night, rain or shine, even through thick clouds! No waiting. No excuses. Real-time super-vision from space. 🛰️
✅How important it is:
This is a genuine “world’s first” milestone.
Until now, countries had to use two separate satellites (one optical, one SAR) and then try to merge the data later - which introduced errors because of different viewing angles and time gaps. Mission Drishti eliminates that problem entirely by fusing both technologies in one spacecraft.👏
⚡️From young IIT Madras innovators to orbit in just 5 years. PM Narendra Modi ji congratulated the team, calling it a “major achievement” and “testament to our youth’s passion for innovation”.
This Drishti will power:
🛡️ Defence & border security
🌾 Precision farming for our kisan
🌀 Disaster response during floods & cyclones
🏗️ Smart infrastructure & maritime monitoring
Made in India. Built by Indian startups. For the world.
New India is unstoppable. This is Atmanirbhar Bharat shining in the sky💪
Proud to be Indian?

Turning point for Bengal Election -
There was a day during the RG Kar protests when people tried to march across Howrah Bridge towards
Nabanna and the state responded with barricades, tear gas, and water cannons.
And then one old man stood there.
No shield. No fear. Just defiance.
The water slammed into him with full force, but he didn’t move an inch. Instead, he raised his hand and mocked the very system trying to crush him questioning their courage in the most humiliating way possible….
That image burned into the minds of Bengal’s youth. That was the day many realized enough is enough…..
I don’t know his name. But that old man did more in a few seconds than most leaders do in years. That wasn’t just a protester standing tall. That was the moment fear lost and Bengal began to change….. #WestBengal #ElectionResults
Those who don’t forget their duty under any circumstances.
Blessed Birthday of a Braveheart,
CONSTABLE PRADEEP KUMAR PANDA

If you're looking for some inspiration on grit, this story is for you.
This is my father. He has more grit than the strongest founders in Silicon Valley.
Born in India, he learned how to read and write under a tree. Not a school with air conditioning, pencils, and notebooks. Under a tree, with stone chalk and a portable blackboard. In the 110F heat.
He excelled through school. Later in college, my mother sold her wedding jewelry to support his trip to Cornell where he was accepted for graduate studies. When he arrived in NYC, he slept at the local YMCA before catching a bus to Ithaca the next day.
On the bus he met other students. When he asked how long it takes to complete a PhD, he was told five years or more. Dad finished his Cornell PhD in two.
He applied for hundreds of jobs after his degree. All said no for years, until one said yes. That one? The United Nations.
Dad became a diplomat and we were the better for it. We traveled everywhere and had an amazing life.
Then Dad had a heart attack at 74 and lost his legs and hands. The grit returned.
At 75, my father learned how to walk again on double prosthetics. I helped him learn how to drive again. His drive to live was even more profound.
He'll be 82 this year. He recently lost his wife, my mother, of 60 years. He's lost brothers and sisters and dear friends. He continues to move forward. With laughter. With positivity. With resilience.
I'm building an ambitious healthcare AI company, ASTRID, to serve billions of people. I won't have a problem with founder grit. I've been trained by the best.
My father lives with me. We watch television every night. This week it's The Count of Monte Cristo.
The lesson he's taught me that never fails:
Never, never, never give up.
Max… not just a name, but a true soldier in service.
At Amritsar Airport, CISF’s brave sniffer dog Max spent nearly five years safeguarding countless lives with his sharp instincts and alertness.
But due to illness, he had to retire early.
In that emotional moment, when his handler Jagjit Singh bid him goodbye with teary eyes, saying, “Love you, Max,” it left everyone present overwhelmed.
His team saluted him—and in his own way, Max returned one final salute.
Some heroes wear uniforms, others wear loyalty.
A salute to these voiceless heroes who give their all.
