@FVSegundo “Important,” he repeated wryly, looking up at him. He held onto Fidel by the wrist and caressed his skin. “Important where, to what?”
He used the hold he had to pull Fidel closer, until the man was leaning over him. “Or just to you?”
He really must be drunk if he was this bold.
@Gen80MacArthur “So he finally admits out loud that he wants General Santos to notice him, huh.”
🤭
“As if General Santos hasn’t been looking back at him, too. Disasters, don’t you agree, Sir?”
@Gen80MacArthur “Oh, that’s a thought,” he thinks aloud, considering the idea. “It won’t be that hard to lure both of them there, I think. Just a few summons and whatnot?”
@GenPTSantos He fought to keep his expression in check. Seriously, General Santos?
“Oh, someone 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 close to him, Sir,” he answers, cryptic. Let the General wonder, or perhaps not 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 wonder. “They’re on a first name basis.”
@Gen80MacArthur He snickers, then shakes his head. “Unfortunately, they seem to be incapable of rocking their lovers’ gondola, General. It’s as tiring and entertaining as it usually is to watch.”
@GenPTSantos He only slightly raises a brow at the abrupt change in subject. But he supposed it might not be that big of a deal.
“Yes,” he nods. “Nothing too major, just a courtesy call. I also wanted to consult with him about the new suppressants we might procure.”
@GenPTSantos “It’s fine, Sir. Kids need their sleep,” he chuckles.
After a beat, he remarks, “She has a bamboo scent, huh? Segundo has a similar note to his.”
Really, he didn’t mean anything by that comment. Bamboo was an uncommon scent for him, and Segundo was the first he thought of.
