Trying to lodge a complaint - but PNR not recognised!

@British_Airways I have already sent the booking reference in my tweet DL4ZQD.
The complaint filed at DEL when the items were not received is Complaint No DELBA50309, Tag Numbers 0125758411 and 0125758367. Items not received even now.
Please look into these and respond.

Is the airline responsible to deliver? Or that too has been sublet to the airport in question?
@DigiYatraOffice - this is the third time I flew from CCU where Digiyatra does not work - the people there claim ‘server down.’

Lost my baggage Ref DELAF87531. I shared AirTag location. Promised delivery before I left for my next trip by 6 am today.
I can still see bag sitting at the airport 7 hours after arrival despite calling me and confirming the above!
Why does @KotakBankLtd@KotakPrime want payment for duplicate NOC of completion of payment for a loan in cash? And that too the exact change?
Rs 1045/- for a Duplicate NOC already issued?
And extremely poorly behaved staff at that. @RBI can you please look into this?
Went to send some articles by #speedpost today.
In the 20 minutes, 5 customers (including me) paid Rs 10 extra as they did not have change.
On enquiring why UPI was not available to pay, I was told that the system does not support!
