But he’s signaling that a new narrative “door” is about to be opened.

Did you catch that the assessor in California is being investigated for “wire fraud?”

Real estate wire fraud, involves sending funds to fraudulent accounts.
The Mexican drug cartels have been laundering drug money through “overpriced” real estate purchases for a long time.

None of this is a coincidence and it has contributed to the high real estate prices that have priced many Americans out of the dream of home ownership.
