@CUFCbentley@BradJefferies11 I’m sorry - the bloke is a clearly terrific at his job and we should be very grateful for him - but we cannot be doing chants for groundsmen, that’s so tinpot 😭😭
@ColU_Official Not afraid of change but a little too much going on in this lineup graphic for me 😅 bit hard to just read it at a glance as you’d want to do with a lineup
@EagleEyedColU@SteveWooly2 Yeah be good to get a bit of clarity, even before the open day. Don’t think it’s asking too much for Cowling/the club to answer a few questions beforehand given the nature of the situation. But you’re right - likely gonna have to read between the lines
Quite telling that Cowling speaks about Foley being the right character to own the club, but says nothing on the financial side of it. Reads as though Cowling was asking for more than Foley et al were willing to offer #colu
The Iron can confirm that Player of the Season Kyrell Lisbie has signed for Peterborough United for an undisclosed fee due to the fact we had triggered a one year extension on his contract. We wish the talented forward all the best as his rise up the league ladder continues. Go well Kyrell and we're sure you'll smash it in League One!

@Betson365 It’s a credible article + source, that bit is just an error clearly from someone who hasn’t been keeping full tabs on the takeover situation
@Conall_Kane Two major US celebrities who work in the entertainment industry take over a football club and there wasn’t interest in a documentary covering that? Behave. No one’s saying Carlisle or Gillingham are Wrexham-esque, I think it’s daft to suggest Col U are either
@jollyboyscar Yeah it’s definitely difficult to tell for certain. You can see a bit of potential there, but something we’re clearly going to have to wait for more information on. Also these are just the four listed on the business listing - there could be more backers in reality
Can totally understand why everyone is so over the moon about this. But I can’t help but feel uneasy, and I thought I might as well put the reasons as to why out there👇 #colu
@KarlMadderz55 Tim Foley’s Twitter follows suggest he was possibly interesting in both Reading and Wycombe, along with Colchester. So it definitely suggests he’s been on the hunt for an EFL club for a while and at least has an interest. I definitely agree, proximity to London too
