Tried to express my disappointment at a Topeak product I recently purchased only to really have no reply . I always use Topeak but after this product quality and lack of response I’m really now doubting this
@CatEyeBicycle can anyone help me with returning a faulty bike computer back to cateye where it was bought from , as they never seem to respond to emails that have been sent
@UmbroUK I’ve tried numerous time to contact Umbro and it’s CEO but so far my message isn’t getting through so hopefully it will here. This is regarding the new West Ham kit and how it can be used to play football in on a 3G pitch. On my boys first game the top was destroyed
@NIKE_STORE_UK just tried to communicate with Nike customer services on a design fault on revolution 5 and 6 to be dealt with a totally rude individual who only could result in putting the phone down on me as he clearly has no professionalism about him and needs more training
@EveryoneActive I’m looking to discuss a situation that I’m im currently experiencing with Basildon sporting village and one of the managers responses to me which is not professional and was looking to email David Bibby directly so he can see how customers and groups are treated
@SportsDirect_CS I’ve sent three messages to yourselves about shopping in one of your stores but clearly you have no intentions of even looking at it . I find this totally unacceptable
Got to say a just purchased a toaster by this company and in my opinion this is the worst toaster I’ve ever had and to add to this I was sent a patronising and disregarding email from a so called customer service. I think this will be my first and last item from these guys
@YodelOnline someone help please as I’ve tried the phone number it’s down I’ve tried chat that’s also down I really need to talk to someone as this is ridiculous
@LedHutLtd just bought some lamps of the company which turned out to be incorrect. I have tried three times now to contact them by phone and email with no answer. Really poor service AVOID BUYING FROM THESE BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO TALK TO YOU
@Sony after dealing with Sony technical today this has made my mind up never to buy there products again if this is the way they feel they should treat people
@Sony just had a very unpleasant conversation with Sony technical about an issue with my tv that has happened since an update has occurred there response was to just do a factory reset not really very technical the proceeded to say an engineer would need to come out at my expense
@Dyson come on stain trued ringing you the other day and was told it would be 65mins so today I’ve rang and told it’s 71 minutes. I’ve bought quite a few products in the past now I’m questioning myself if I really want to buy another if this is the wait for customer services
@VodafoneUK these are the worst company every to deal with , rude I have no confidence in them and never achieve anything apart from upsetting customers avoid at all costs
