We renovated this former bank building for use as a home office to a local insurance company. The exterior walls were constructed of 3 foot thick reinforced concrete. We had to diamond cut the new windows into the walls at the rear of the building.

Net Zero House
This is a net-zero house with triple glazing and geothermal heating. The simplicity and clean lines along with the natural daylight create an exciting space even in overcast weather. An outdoor courtyard completes the dining experience.
