I went on a long walk this morning in small town Georgia and realized it would be so easy for me to throw in the towel and pout about how ugly my life is right now but I’ve never been more motivated to let this time break me, sharpen me, and strengthen me.

there’s just something about pushing through, gritting my teeth, looking death, divorce, addiction, abuse, trauma etc in the face and saying “you don’t stand a chance compared to MY GOD” that will strengthen and deepen your roots in God. I’m thankful.
