Had the opportunity this week at our Agronomy Roadshows to spend time with high yield growers Alex Noll, James Allen, Jimmy Frederick, and Kevin Kalb. What stood out was not just their results. It was their mindset. Each of them is willing to share, challenge the status quo, and help other farmers think differently. The common theme was clear.
