@UnbiasedArsenal @arsenalsmccabe Exactly, the day will be focused on the men’s. Anything else will be in the shadows of this achievement. Not taking anything away or degrading the women’s team. But makes more sense to have their own day which is focused on them.
@UnbiasedArsenal @arsenalsmccabe I get what you’re saying. But the talks of numbers of fans are due to the Premier League win. In my opinion makes more sense to give each team their own dedicated day to celebrate success.
@arsenalsmccabe Surely, it will be mean more for the women’s team to have their own day dedicated to them no? Imagine being on a bus going past with the fans only singing/chanting about the men’s success?
@arsenalsmccabe Because of the fact that 1mio+ fans will be there for the men’s team. Meaning that everything on the day will be related to the men’s team.
Not taking anything away from the women’s team but will take away celebrating something, when the focus of the day is elsewhere.
So Sky Sports’ pundits agree it’s the right decision.
Most of the Match of The Day pundits agree it’s the right decision.
Most reliable journalist agree it’s the right decision.
But I’ve got CityBoy1615, KopEnder & UtdDevil01 telling me it’s the worst VAR decision in Premier League history?
😭🤣
