- Email, using the email address provided on the application; or
- Telephone, using the phone number provided on the application.

The clerk can verify and cure that the voter signature is correct over the phone. If the signature is missing the clerk notifies the voter by phone or email:
- You can go to the office and sign the ballot
- Or, you can request a duplicate
