2. President Donald Trump on Micron ($MU)

June 12, 2026

The Trump Administration announced support for Micron's expansion to roughly $200 billion of U.S. semiconductor investment, calling Micron the only U.S.-based producer of advanced memory chips.

What Trump effectively said:

Advanced memory is strategically important.
Micron is critical to U.S. semiconductor leadership.
The U.S. wants more domestic DRAM and HBM production.

While Trump did not literally say "buy MU stock," his administration publicly highlighted Micron as a national strategic asset and backed massive domestic expansion.

3. $NVDA CEO Jensen Huang on Micron ($MU)

Key period: 2023–2026

Jensen's strongest endorsement came through NVIDIA's actions and comments regarding AI memory.

A Reuters report revealed that Jensen personally pushed Micron to accelerate development of High Bandwidth Memory (HBM), which became a critical component inside NVIDIA AI systems.

Micron later became one of NVIDIA's approved HBM suppliers for AI GPUs and began mass production of HBM memory used in NVIDIA AI platforms.

Jensen's message:

AI performance increasingly depends on memory.
HBM is a critical bottleneck.
NVIDIA needs multiple memory suppliers, including Micron.
