Beef prices are too high for a simple reason: Our cattle herd is too small. Imported beef below market prices will only put more pressure on our cattlemen. I have advised the President against this ill-advised action in the past and I now urge him to reconsider. We need to support our cattlemen, grow the herd, and let the market work.
@Nate1990W@Nig_Farmer I never said they couldn’t die in the house as pictured, u said your explanation of heat is incorrect. I live in a climate that is 105+ in the summer time and there are no issues. Chickens die in mass casualty events as pictured when the oxygen is lost to to power failure
@Evelyn_Club @nikky_ca @NewsWire_US Yes and then cattle farmers like myself and just about everyone in my area suffer while you pay 2 dollars a pound less for a ribeye. The beef cost a little more now, but there are thousands of people that this is the first year in 10 that we are making any money. No imported beef
