- Perseverance: endured a lot of bad luck (crashes, sickness), but always kept going
- Positioning: always at the right side of a split

As he recently became the U23 timetrial champion (40' at 410w), it's obvious that he has a good timetrial.

Add to that he's never been in a wind tunnel, that's even more impressive, so he could be even better.
