I think about total sign up bonus (miles may be worth more than cash offers), annual fee, and ongoing rewards (eg, air miles vs. 2% cash back). Link as a starter.

If you’re putting thousands on a card, a 2% back card with a sign up bonus may be best.

@sargsyanz @rbganatra I’m guessing here, but maybe with 12 months being the “final analysis” means they’re still at risk of MACE until that time. Then if they’re not followed up and MACE can’t be commented on, they’re censored and assumed to have the event of interest.
