@XboxSupport : EA Will not respond despite reading one million forum posts that either aren’t relevant or don’t work.
Is there any way to actually speak to anyone at @EAHelp@EASFCDirect@EASPORTSFC that will actually help?!

we’ve:
1. Restarted the Xbox
2. Uninstalled / Reinstalled the game
3. Uninstalled / reinstalled profile
4. Factory reset Xbox (both retaining and deleting all games)
The game doesn’t load and returns to menu screen.

@EASFCDirect my son hasn’t received his EA FC points after buying the ultimate edition. Has been playing for a week after being told it would be sorted Friday, but still not come through.
If everyone who wants The Conversatives out on the 4th of July follows and retweets we'll reach a million by midnight and have a much bigger voice for the next six weeks.

@simon_debs@HelloFreshUK Exactly what happened to me, except ‘customer service’ said this was my error not theirs! Shocking. A whole box of food coming we won’t eat, and we’re not home anyway! They don’t notify you a delivery is coming then say you can’t cancel it??
@LloydC91@HelloFreshUK Completely my experience. Dreadful systems and lack of processes to support customers. I said “refund that box that’s been generated in error and I’ll continue with my future orders”. They weren’t interested! Brilliant business sense 👌🤔
@Sarah63457256@HelloFreshUK That make so many mistakes, they NEVER send an email / message saying something like ‘You have a delivery due on [date] make changes now!’ Then take your money freely and send you a load of stuff you don’t want. Really responsible 🤬
@HelloFreshUK absolutely shocking customer service. Chose to skip a week, this didn’t go through *apparently*, money taken, no notification via app or email that a delivery is upcoming, food coming we wouldn’t eat on a day we’re not home.
Asked for a refund, not interested.
@Dominos_UK your boxes say recycle which we all try to do. But @southkesteven have just released new guidance that says these boxes are contaminated and cannot be recycled so go in general waste.

@ProfBrianCox An articulate thought, you could challenge that they were smart enough to surround themselves with the experts, but the advice they were given was way beyond their academic expertise of Literae Humaniores (even if studied at Oxford) to articulate a plan.
