@StravaSupport I’ve been trying to get help with my app since November and can’t get anyone to help. I’ve sent multiple emails and no one gets back to me. I am very disappointed and I want to cancel my subscription. I’m paying for an app that doesn’t work !!

Absolutely do not purchase from @Herschelsupply I got a brand new $140 duffle bag that ripped the day I got it. Instead of replacing the bag, they have told me it’s not under warranty. It’s BRAND NEW. Terrible customer service! Don’t waste your money here @Herschelsupply

They sent me a defective bag and won’t replace it. @Herschelsupply has TERRIBLE customer service. I spent $140 on a bag that they refuse to replace.
