Had a decent weekend against Monroe university, I went 2/5 with 2 singles also had a sac bunt and 3 walks!!

Injuries will happen, & they don't always mean something is "wrong" with a pitcher's mechanics.
Many other factors influence risk of injury (velocity, workload, fatigue, strength, tissue quality, etc.)

If you need to gain/lose weight to reach your goals & don't execute on that, you don't want it bad enough. There are a lot of uncontrollables in baseball. Nutrition is not one of them.
Eating breakfast, adjusting calories, etc. are simple tasks that require one thing: effort.
All effort is not created equal.
Just showing up and checking the boxes isn't the same as applying yourself with intent & focus to each set, rep or throw.
