4th Grade Specials Teachers
The 4th graders designed new games during our create a game unit. They had to have a purpose for the game, rules, safety, skill level, and fun included. They did a fantastic job being teachers for the day! #SAIL
The Bertrand High School National Honor Society student-sponsored blood drive will be held Tuesday, October 12th, from noon-6:00pm at the Bertrand Community Building. Your donation is vital in helping save lives.
Pictures of second grade playing Spaceship Soccer in Physical Education class. The activity used hula hoops to help students use only their feet and kept everyone from bunching up while playing the game. Great job!
Two eighth grade teams had a bake off in JH Health Class! Both teams made Oreo Cream Cheese Balls. Steph was our judge and enjoyed tasting both. Who won? Ask Steph!

Youth Blood Donors are Essential!
At the April 13th, Bertrand School Blood Drive, the American Red Cross will give all donors between the ages of 16-24, a $10 e-gift card! Youth donors will receive their gift card via email after their blood donation. Go online and sign up!

A raffle was held during the BCSVSO Food Drive. For every 5 items donated, a student's name was entered in the raffle. Winners of the football and volleyball were: Tristen- 3rd grade and Alexis-6th grade. Congratulations!
Thank you K-6 students for your generous donations to the food pantry in Bertrand! We were able to give over 1,000 items to help those this holiday season. Thank you also to teachers and staff for your help and support during our food drive. BCSVSO
The Bertrand Community School will have a Food Drive starting Monday, December 7-18. Please have your child bring non-perishable items to their classroom. We want to fill up our local food pantry to help those in need this holiday season.
