WFD was in Italy for the #G7 on inclusion and disability, a gathering of the world's 7 top countries and other invited countries. 🌐
We took the opportunity to present the needs of our members, many national associations of the #deaf, to the leaders who were present.
The WFD President gave a presentation at Copels in Brazil. Over 800 participants attended the congress on Linguistics & Translation and Sign Languages.
It was also an opportunity to meet the President of Feneis, the national association of the deaf and our Ordinary Member. 🇧🇷
If you work in deaf education, sign language research, deaf studies or related fields please do consider submitting a paper.
Please note the deadline is 30 October 2024
