@virginmedia Hi Thank you for getting in touch all ok now everything is working fine it all came back on about 9pm I did manage to speak to an agent who kept me updated also landline is working also many thanks for your help in this matter
@virginmedia Have now received email stating 8pm and have checked status and it’s stating 9.09pm this is getting beyond a joke now all weekend with no Tv internet or phone
@virginmedia I certainly hope so as virgin are not contacting me have asked for updates and they not sending I’m having to check status myself and as said I need call monitoring back on asap
@virginmedia Yes was gonna be 1.09am this morning then changed to 1.09 this afternoon go T an email saying 4 now latest is 5.09 are they actually working on this matter I’m on alarm call monitoring and this not even working because phone not working as it’s connected via router
