COVID Update: With requirements rolling across the country, I called a company that implemented vaccine requirements last month.
Here is the experience & lessons for the rest of us. 1/
The vaccines are miracles of modern medicine that will allow life to return to normal, and we should say that more - especially because we need people to take them.
Congratulations to the @StanfordEMED chief residents for receiving the @emresidents "Chief Residents of the Year" award! We could not be more proud of their work and leadership this year, and I am honored to work alongside each of them.

Her: “You probably think I’m stupid.”
Me: “That’s not true, sis. I’ve worked with you too long to think that.”
Her: “Okay. Well I bet you think me saying no to a #CovidVaccine when I work in a hospital is dumb.”
I shook my head.
Mitt wins “Mask Wearer of the Day”
After a day of observing terrible mask wearing, these N95 battle scars are evidence of diligence and COVID safety.
Nicely done. And thanks for the speech.
@MittRomney has done many, many things that have disappointed me. But I was proud of him tonight. I wish there were more people with whom I could have intelligent and nuanced disagreements.
I've said it before, and I'll say it again: the Cabinet should stop hiding behind anonymous leaks to reporters and do what the Constitution demands they do: invoke the 25th Amendment and remove this President from office.
If you are a White executive who employs essential workers in DC tonight you have a responsibility to get them home safely. Set up escorts, drive them home yourself in your nice cars, and do whatever it takes. This is on you. #AlliesStepUp#BLM
Let this be a lesson to you all. Police do not need deescalation or restraint training. They can restrain themselves against certain people. They just not going to restrain themselves against YOU.
This would have never happened if they were Black. I understand, priority number one is to limit casualties and I'm almost always in favor of de-escalation over force, but scenes like this need to be investigated, and officers involved likely should be prosecuted.
