@AmericanAir Don’t schedule a flight you don’t have staff for that seems simple. 2nd time in a row flying American where this has happened. Poor planning negatively impacting the customer
Don’t fly @AmericanAir if you need to get somewhere on time. Just got delayed 7 hours for a basic domestic flight because it’s the most incompetent airline
@AmericanAir Been back and forth plenty of times and it’s clear your company doesn’t actually care about helping, just the optics that it looks like you care. I’m good on wasting more of my time

Talked to customer relations at 10:37 am central time on 4/3/2025 and they said they’d call me back in 48-72 hours regarding my issue and it’s now 4/11/2025 at 9:56 am central time and I haven’t received any form of communication. This is your customer service? @AmericanAir
