The issue isn't Rockstar or 30fps, the issue that low framerate stuff looks HORRIBLE on an big OLED.

"LCD screen have image persistence which creates blur. This same blur makes 30fps "smooth". OLED has no such blur which makes it sharper but at low fps makes it that much juttery"
