@msetchell A good driver and mechanic yes but a driving instructor is a different skill set to a expert car mechanic. So a network or server engineer is different from an IT Trainer.I’ve been asked “You’re an IT person how do I?”as if I must understand everything about IT. Often Google does

@msetchell You are right that IT support can’t just be technical but these are differnt jobs one is a driving instructor and the other a car mechanic.. both are needed … that is why there needs to be a multi skilled team supporting IT not an overworked undervalued individual..

@Dell @DellCares how can I get a faulty recently purchased Dell docking station D6000 that has no service tag on it replaced or repaired. The only way to access your tech support or warranty requires a service tag but your own online help says docking stations don’t have them !!
