@farmerhizzi It’s a complex disease but normally clusters of cyst cases suggest a metabolic “stress “ event in the herd which disrupts the hormones that trigger normal ovulation so follicles persist and grow to cysts . Could be weather/diet related upset a month or so before diagnosis
