Why is @AppleSupport repair service so poor? Value for money = 0 speed of service = 0. Broken Apple Watch takes 10 days for repair at £284 around £150 less than just buying a new one. Also get told that it needs to be sent off but won’t be fixed just replaced #goodlogic
