Our Manuscript is out in @ThePlantCell - seeing is believing for GA in Medicago! With @gilesedoldroyd & @xanderjones82 we use a second generation GA sensor to visualize GA in developing nodules and lateral roots.

Finally, reducing GA in developing nodules interferes with their maturation, but doesn’t result in morphological aberrations that we observe in nodule developmental mutants. Take-home: GA is important but not the only requirement for ensuring proper nodule development.
