In 1944 my great grandma was deported to Auschwitz-Birkenau. Her mother, younger brother and sister were gassed, murdered and cremated on arrival.

Tomorrow, at the age of 98, my great grandma’s memoir, Lily’s Promise, is being published in paperback, dedicated in their honour.❤️
