1/2 Stephen kept saying the tablets had done something to his head but had his concerns dismissed.

His medical notes, in black and white, it was stated that he didn’t have depression, he had an adverse reaction, he felt like he was being poisoned, that he did not want to die.

2/2 But still, at his inquest, they attempted to portray him as depressed and destined to end his life.....after all, he was on ADs. Stephen’s inquest showed us that once you begin an AD treatment you do indeed become an unreliable witness. #PrescribedHarm #Gaslighting

Since Stephen’s inquest we’ve been pushing to have coroners record the prescribed meds a person was on at time of death. What’s so difficult about a simple data collecting exercise? It should be standard. Maybe then we would have more accurate stats on #prescribedharm
