The Religion Department will dearly miss Fr. PJ.
He provided us great support and care throughout the challenging times. May he rest in peace.

It is with deep sadness that we have to share the news that our Chaplain, Fr PJ Nyland, has passed away.
We offer our deepest sympathies to Fr PJ's family and friends and to the @Salesians_IE community.

It’s unbelievable that in this day & age, so many people are still queuing up for food. 470 hot meals, fruits, veg, crisps, baked goods, sandwiches, all gone. Thank you so much for your donations. We couldn’t have done it without your support. Paypal: [email protected]

Today is Hinamatsuri / Doll's Festival in Japan.
Clay dolls are displayed in the home, and offerings of peach blossom, rice-wine and rice-cakes are placed before them. The dolls carry away any illness which is afflicting the daughters of the house, for whom prayers are offered🇯🇵

Happy Chinese, Korean, Tibetan and Vietnamese New Year!
🤩💃🥰
Tet is the Lunar New Year for Vietnam and falls on the same day as the Chinese and Korean New Year.

In many Asian countries, money is put in the red envelop and given to children for good luck.🤗

Today World Day of Prayer for the Sick. Started by Pope John Paul II for believers to offer prayers for those suffering from illnesses and for their caregivers.
