🚨 Coaching Opportunity – Defensive Coordinator 🚨

Arizona Christian University Women’s Flag Football is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Defensive Coordinator to join our coaching staff.

This part-time, stipend-based position is an opportunity to coach at the collegiate level while helping build a competitive, disciplined, and Christ-centered program. The Defensive Coordinator will lead all aspects of the defense, including game planning, player development, film breakdown, scouting, recruiting, and mentoring student-athletes on and off the field.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
• Coaching experience in flag football or tackle football
• Strong knowledge of defensive concepts and strategy
• Leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A passion for developing student-athletes athletically, academically, and spiritually
• A commitment to the Christian mission and values of Arizona Christian University

Preferred Qualifications:
• Collegiate coaching or playing experience
• Defensive coordinator or position coach experience
• Recruiting experience

Position Type: Part-Time (Stipend)
Location: Arizona Christian University
