Girls flag football is the fastest growing youth sport, and it still struggles with visibility 🔎

That's where @scoutSMART_ comes in.

CEO Diane Bloodworth (@scoutproff) says, "We want to be the talent pipeline for women's flag football. We need to make sure there's infrastructure and technology to really support that growth. And so with scoutSmart, we provide a recruiting platform that allows college coaches to find recruits that fit their program."

scoutSMART is building a platform for recruiting, education, and video with their new scoutVISION tool.

A lot of girls flag football players don't have access to professional highlight creation tools.

Bloodworth says, "We found that a lot of the girls did not have highlight videos and unfortunately not all teams have access to video capability. So we have developed a tool just for flag football that uses AI to help them create highlights and get the coaches attention."
