Two Free Recruiting Tips to improve your chances for a response.

Send to the coach who recruits your area. (Coaches have this in their Bio)

Reach out to schools who fit your academic profile.
(We look for over a 3.0 GPA.)

Remember coaches are not required to respond to you. In the real world every job you apply to dosen’t guarantee you an interview but the tips above will help‼️💯💯

Camp Tip from a Veteran Head Coach:
Follow up within a day of the camp with coaches you met or interacted with. You have ONE chance to make an impression and continue conversations.

If you wait, you will be forgotten and you lost the opportunity to connect. #BCM

This isn’t a post to promote our camps which are awesome by the way but rather a fact for @NCAADII recruiting.

We give out partial scholarships.

The more thorough our evaluation is and postive on your ability the more money we give. 💰💰

This means if we see you perform well at camp and your film is awesome we are giving you more money than if we only see your SR film.

We said no to a lot of players last year because nobody on our staff saw them work out live.

On the other hand we were the only D2 school to offer quite a few recruits because we saw them at camp and loved them. We do not care who has or hasn’t offered you. We trust our judgement.

If you do not have FCS/FBS offers right now I would sign up for camps where D2/D3 coaches will be in attendance!

Even if your GPA is below a 3.0 put it in your Twitter Bio.

Unfortunately sometimes you get off to a bad start in 9th/10th grade.

Nobody is judging you and there are plenty of schools recruiting guys who have a 2.2 GPA. There is nothing wrong with this.

It saves everyone time and if a coach sends you a message you will know you are a fit for that school.

It’s not how you start it’s how you finish!
