Got into a nice progressive long toss yesterday to keep the arm healthy and working, to be ready for this spring season one day at a time.⏰⏰⏰

Spent my day doing recovery today, after pitching in my scrimmage yesterday. I threw 4 scoreless innings allowing 2 hits and 5 strikeouts. I focused my outing on getting a feel for my scap load and seperations. Velo is increasing steadily!
