This is a common sense proposal that will fix a recurring problem at our annual meeting - a problem which is unnecessarily causing confusion and controversy over a matter in which 90% + of Southern Baptists agree.

Let's end the confusion, let's clarify our constitution, and let's then get on with the mission.
