Pregnancy after living kidney donation:
- Successful pregnancies: living donors=general population.
- Risk of gestational hypertension and pre-eclampsia slightly higher.
- The absolute risk is LOW - doesn't need to be a factor not to donate in the majority of patients. @GlomCon
