@RetinaJournal ABCA4. There is peripapillary sparing and "ghost" flecks (many small atrophic lesions) throughout the mid-periphery - AKA Stage 3 Stargardt disease. Diagnosis would have been easier a decade or 2 ago when the flecks were still present, but she got by with foveola spared.
