My pickup order was delayed twice and finally after the 2nd time said it was ready so I came to get it, waited 2.5 hours with a 7 month old in the car and then was told they lost my groceries and had to re-shop but would be another

Dear Parents,

As a parent myself I urge you to talk to your children about the importance of having a kind heart to others. Hearing from my 8 year old about her first day of summer camp that there were quite a few kids being cruel to others including to her is disheartening.
