Mark my words, Isagi knew Hiori would be too slow, making himself the only pass route, he knew Hugo would mark him and Isagi also knows Rin would go into his “Destroyer Mode”, so Isagi wanted Hiori to pass, notice he’s not touched the ball yet.

Isagi’s singlehandedly controlled the entire flow of this last act of the game, this was of course due to luck, seeing as he wasn’t performing this entire game.

Either Rin scores and it’s 3-3, then in the last minute France scores one more, or Rin misses and France may score.
