@Ford Bought VPP on December 28 2022 for 2022 F-150 hybrid but when we went to Perry Ford National City CA to check doors, windows that won’t open, rumbling on speakers and the service center says it does not see our VPP. That there’s no warranty?

@Ford I called @Ford Headquarters and the rep called AutoNation Ford Scottsdale and couldn’t get through!
She had to leave a message - wow AutoNation Ford won’t even answer a call from @Ford headquarters!

@Ford who knew it was so difficult to transfer our extended warranty to our son who has our F-150. My wife has called AutoNation Ford Scottsdale for 10 days with no answer. Two calls to the manager went nowhere. Sad service.

@PurolatorInc Worse service. When Purolator ground screwed up Dad’s medication shipment, they apologized but refused to offer a refund as that is a separate department?? But Purolator made the mistake - they did say sorry. Next time go FedEx.

@PurolatorInc Purolator can’t handle pills sent cross border - it’s almost as if they never heard that thousands of Canadians spend their winter in the US - called Snowbirds. Purolator should look that up.

@PurolatorInc Critical med sent to 92 yo parent in Arizona stuck in Calgary Purolator office due to incompetence of Purolator staff who mismanaged the package and documents needed. Should have gone with FedEx. Now we will be lucky if Dad’s meds get to him on time and Purolator refuses refund.

@CVSHealth SilverScripts showed me how incompetent it is. Couldn’t refill my meds in time, emails and faxes ignored for a week. One hand doesn’t know what the other is doing. Sad!
