@ScarletR611678 @CSLewisDaily To my understanding, scripture is referring to organ fat, not animal fat as a whole. We see this in people too. The fat around organs is what is very unhealthy, while fat within the flesh is just fine. Sumo wrestlers are a prime example of this.
