@_Shark_Trading Yeah. Glad the lessons are sinking in for me, I hope so anyway. To just try to sit back on days like this, don't get frustrated don't get overeager over nothing. Just sit back and wait, because a day will come where it's worth it to engage, and it's makes up for days like this
@_Shark_Trading I've missed out on like....4 maybe 5 exploitable moves that are perhaps only obvious (?) in hindsight. For like maybe 50-60pts. Fine, didn't need it. I'd be so pissed being deep red, getting faked out on signals that aren't there. Had that kind of day way too many times.
@_Shark_Trading Wel, it's two days in a row taking two small losses, or getting into a winner that just didn't go far enough to matter, not letting that get to me and just not really taking any trades the rest of the day. If my system isn't working, don't force it, don't blow up in the chop
@1MINUTETIP And that's leads to FOMO, overtrading, oversizing, not handling a red day because in the back of your mind you *need* to make $xxx every day to get where you want to be.
But trying to go too fast just slows you down and pushes you backwards, every time.
@1MINUTETIP It's hard to defeat that though. It's practically in your subconscious. Especially if you're net red on your trading "journey" overall. Always thinking "I need to make more right now. I need to make back what I've lost. I'm behind, I should be reliably profitable by now"
